Within our Areas of Expertise, Ameritraining supplies a broad range of support service personnel including Help Desk, Engineering, Operations, Move/Add/Change and switch technicians, and Human Resources. We provide onsite expertise including station review activity for PBXs, site survey and site planning personnel. Project/Process Management
Ameritraining has a Project Management force experienced and ready to go for projects with any level of complexity. Ameritraining rates are customized and commensurate with the complexity of the project. Whether it is a voice and/or data project, IT or OSS implementation project, or billing system project, Ameritraining can fill the need. And we can provide either PMI certified PM's or experienced, non-PMI certified contractors. As part of our benefit plan, Ameritraining pays for PMI certification for those Ameritraining employees who pursue this credential and work for us for at least 90 days. We also can supply Process Management and Process Improvement analysts with proven track records in telecom process management, including the operations, maintenance provisioning, and billing arenas.

Consulting Services
Ameritraining offers a wide range of executive consulting services to telecommunication companies, government, and corporations requiring executive level telecommunication support. These consulting services include integrated network planning, marketing strategy development, financial analysis and operations support for start-up local exchange carriers and others. These services can be provided on a continuing or periodic basis as the needs dictate. Our executive consultants have years of leadership experience in the telecommunication industry. Training and Coaching
Ameritraining offers a wide range of technical training and coaching services. We can use your existing training material or develop customized training programs for you.
   Customer service representative training and coaching: Training and coaching are available for customer service representative skills including customer care, sales and services, billing, orders, Centrex, PBX/DID, ISDN, data, Long Distance etc. All RBOC customer service representative systems training is available including initial training and advanced training.
   Digital transport training and coaching: Ameritraining offers hands-on training and coaching on all digital transport and multiplex equipment used in the telecommunication industry. Ameritraining can enhance the skill level of your employees in the installation, turn-up and maintenance of digital transport, cross-connect, multiplex equipment, and digital data services including SONET, Frame Relay, ATM, DSL, and DS-O through OC-n.
   Maintenance administrator training and coaching: Training and coaching services are available for maintenance administrators to assure proper testing of customer service and dispatch repair forces. All RBOC systems' training is available including WFA, ACIS, Predictor LMOS, TIRKS, etc.
   Installation and Maintenance Training: If you need to add new installation and maintenance forces to your work force, or just upgrade the skills of your current I&M staff, turn to Ameritraining for the training that you need. We can deliver your current training materials, or customize something just for your company. We have expertise in traditional telephony training, DSL installation training, safety, and defensive driving. We also provide equipment installation and removal training in accordance with the Telcordia standard GR-1275.
   End User Training: Ameritraining has a ready resource of instructors to deliver hands-on training to users of telecom voice and data equipment. In particular, we deliver end user's instruction on the Nortel line of Meridian and Norstar telephone sets, and system administration training. We also can deliver end user training on the Cisco voice and IP product set.

Course Development
Ameritraining offers professionals for course development. These course developers have extensive technical course development backgrounds and will interface easily with your subject matter experts. We can develop single course or an entire curriculum based upon your requirements.
